I had these ATC's in the back of my mind for a very long time, today I finally had the time to make them! The Dylusion inks are really muted, which was the effect I was going for, I really wanted the lamps to pop. Leave the water on the stencil until the paper is really starting to curl and roll over it with a paper towel.
